FIG AND GOAT CHEESE TOAST
The ingredients:
- A sliced country loaf
- Figs
- 100g of skyr (or a small jar)
- A goat log
- Crushed walnuts (or hazelnuts)
- A tablespoon of honey
- FURIFURI PEPPER
Preparation steps:
- Cut the goat cheese into slices and mash them with a fork.
- In a bowl: mix the goat cheese and skyr. Then add a tablespoon of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER (or more). Mix.
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Meanwhile, wash and slice the figs.
- Spread the goat cheese/skyr mixture on the slices of bread and add the figs.
- Add a drizzle of honey and a little basil
- For even more pep, sprinkle with FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER and enjoy immediately!
