PUMPKIN PUFF PASTRY PIE

The ingredients:

  • 2 puff pastries
  • 300 g of pumpkin flesh
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g of fresh cheese (Saint Moret type)
  • 1 egg (for the glaze)
  • Pepper
  • FURIFURI PEMENT and FURIFURI ORIGINAL


Preparation steps:

  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Place them in boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain the pumpkin well and squeeze well to extract the water.
  3. In a blender: add the pumpkin, garlic, and cream cheese and blend everything.
  4. Pour into a bowl, add the FURIFURI ORIGINAL . Mix well.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry rolls. Place your pumpkin shape and cut it out of the dough.
  7. Place the first sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the pumpkin puree on top. Leave a small gap.
  8. Cut the second piece of dough with the head of the pumpkin. Cover the puree with this second pumpkin.
  9. Crack and beat the egg, brush your pumpkin with it.
  10. Pour your FURIFURI ORIGINAL or FURIFURI CHILI on top.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes.
