PUMPKIN PUFF PASTRY PIE
The ingredients:
- 2 puff pastries
- 300 g of pumpkin flesh
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of fresh cheese (Saint Moret type)
- 1 egg (for the glaze)
- Pepper
- FURIFURI PEMENT and FURIFURI ORIGINAL
Preparation steps:
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Place them in boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes.
- Drain the pumpkin well and squeeze well to extract the water.
- In a blender: add the pumpkin, garlic, and cream cheese and blend everything.
- Pour into a bowl, add the FURIFURI ORIGINAL . Mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry rolls. Place your pumpkin shape and cut it out of the dough.
- Place the first sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the pumpkin puree on top. Leave a small gap.
- Cut the second piece of dough with the head of the pumpkin. Cover the puree with this second pumpkin.
- Crack and beat the egg, brush your pumpkin with it.
- Pour your FURIFURI ORIGINAL or FURIFURI CHILI on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
