SALMON TARTARE WITH GINGER

Ingredients (for 2 people / 6 glasses):

  • 500 g of salmon fillet
  • 30 g of fresh ginger
  • A piece of ginger
  • A lime
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of white rice vinegar
  • Some aromatic herbs (of your choice)
  • 4 radishes
  • GINGER FURIFURI

Preparation steps:

  1. Remove the skin and bones from the salmon fillet. Cut it into small, even cubes.
  2. Wash and trim the radishes. Cut them into slices.
  3. Peel and grate the ginger.
    In a salad bowl, mix: fish, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, radishes and your herbs.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice and zest.
  5. Add the FURIFURI GINGER.
  6. Mix everything together and divide well into small glasses.
  7. Serve very cold.
