SALMON TARTARE WITH GINGER
Ingredients (for 2 people / 6 glasses):
- 500 g of salmon fillet
- 30 g of fresh ginger
- A piece of ginger
- A lime
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of white rice vinegar
- Some aromatic herbs (of your choice)
- 4 radishes
- GINGER FURIFURI
Preparation steps:
- Remove the skin and bones from the salmon fillet. Cut it into small, even cubes.
- Wash and trim the radishes. Cut them into slices.
- Peel and grate the ginger.
In a salad bowl, mix: fish, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, radishes and your herbs. - Sprinkle with lemon juice and zest.
- Add the FURIFURI GINGER.
- Mix everything together and divide well into small glasses.
- Serve very cold.
