TERIYAKI SALMON

The ingredients:

For the teriyaki sauce:

  • 5 cl. soy sauce
  • 15 cl. mirin
  • 60 g. sugar

The preparation steps:

  1. Add all the Teriyaki Sauce ingredients to a saucepan and reduce over low heat. Once the teriyaki sauce thickens, remove it from the heat. Let cool.
  2. Heat a skillet over low to medium heat. Add a little oil and sear the salmon (skin-side down) until the bottom becomes super crispy. Cover the skillet to ensure the salmon is cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon from the heat, drizzle with teriyaki sauce and garnish with FURIFURI ORIGINAL .
  4. Serve immediately with rice. Enjoy!
