TERIYAKI SALMON
The ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- Rice
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- ORIGINAL FURIFURI
For the teriyaki sauce:
- 5 cl. soy sauce
- 15 cl. mirin
- 60 g. sugar
The preparation steps:
- Add all the Teriyaki Sauce ingredients to a saucepan and reduce over low heat. Once the teriyaki sauce thickens, remove it from the heat. Let cool.
- Heat a skillet over low to medium heat. Add a little oil and sear the salmon (skin-side down) until the bottom becomes super crispy. Cover the skillet to ensure the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the heat, drizzle with teriyaki sauce and garnish with FURIFURI ORIGINAL .
- Serve immediately with rice. Enjoy!
