VEGETARIAN SAMOSA

The ingredients:

  • 15 round fresh rice papers
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tsp of FURIFURI CURRY
  • Olive oil

Preparation steps:

1️⃣ Peel the sweet potato and grate it

2️⃣ Also grate the zucchini and garlic cloves

3️⃣ Peel and slice the onion

4️⃣ Pour oil into a pan over medium heat and brown the onions

5️⃣ Then add the sweet potato, zucchini and garlic, cook for 5 minutes

6️⃣ Add the soy sauce, maple syrup and FURIFURI CURRY

7️⃣ Let it cook for another 5 minutes and then let it cool

8️⃣ Moisten your rice paper and fold it in two

9️⃣ (With the help of the video), add a little filling and fold into small triangles

🔟 Add a pinch of FURIFURI CURRY and cook them in a pan or in the oven (brush them with olive oil and cook until golden brown).
