SALADE DE PÂTES AU PESTO

PESTO PASTA SALAD

The ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta, penne for example
  • 50g of peas
  • Two good handfuls of arugula
  • A few shavings of parmesan
  • FURIFURI PEPPER

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of green pesto
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • FURIFURI PEPPER

Preparation steps:

  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package
  2. Prepare your vinaigrette: olive oil, vinegar, water, green pesto
  3. Finish with a tablespoon of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER (more if you like it spicy)
  4. Once the pasta is cooked and cooled, assemble: pasta, peas, arugula and parmesan
  5. Pour your sauce over the top and enjoy!
