
PESTO PASTA SALAD
The ingredients:
- 200g of pasta, penne for example
- 50g of peas
- Two good handfuls of arugula
- A few shavings of parmesan
- FURIFURI PEPPER
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of green pesto
- 1 tablespoon of water
- FURIFURI PEPPER
Preparation steps:
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package
- Prepare your vinaigrette: olive oil, vinegar, water, green pesto
- Finish with a tablespoon of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER (more if you like it spicy)
- Once the pasta is cooked and cooled, assemble: pasta, peas, arugula and parmesan
- Pour your sauce over the top and enjoy!
