MANGO SALAD

MANGO SALAD

The ingredients:


For the salad:

  • 2 large, ripe, firm mangoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 handfuls of bean sprouts
  • 1 handful of unsalted, chopped peanuts (or cashews)
  • A bouquet of mint
  • A bunch of Thai basil (or coriander)

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • The juice of two limes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of hot sauce (or a Thai red chili)
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
  • LEMON FURIFURI

Preparation steps:

  1. Peel the mangoes, wash the peppers.
  2. Cut the mangoes and peppers into julienne strips. Place them in a salad bowl.
  3. Add the bean sprouts, chopped red onion and mint.
  4. Prepare the sauce: mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add the dressing to the salad, add the peanuts and Thai basil.
  6. Finish by adding a little more FURIFURI LEMON and enjoy!
