ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD 🥒🥢

Crunchy and full of pep, this little veggie salad with  FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER 🌶️ will be perfect as a starter or to accompany a grilled dish for example!

The ingredients:

(for 2 people)
.
• 1 organic cucumber 🥒
• 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
• 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 2 cloves of garlic
• A few sprigs of coriander
• 1 sprig of mint
• 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER 🌶️

Preparation steps:

1️⃣ Wash the cucumber. If it's organic, keep the skin on; otherwise, peel it.

2️⃣ Cut off both ends. Then cut the cucumber in half down the center and then each half in half lengthwise.

3️⃣ Cut into thin slices. Set aside in a shallow dish.

4️⃣ In a bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cane sugar and FURIFURI CHILI 🌶️

5️⃣ Peel and grate the garlic cloves. Add them to the marinade. Mix well.

6️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so that the marinade soaks all the cucumber pieces.

7️⃣ When serving, add a few coriander and mint leaves. Mix well.
