
SALMON POKE BOWL
POKE BOWL WITH MARINATED SALMON, AVOCADO & RAW VEGETABLES
The ingredients:
- 120g of fresh salmon of the day, diced (without skin)
- Rice vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- 150g cooked and cooled sushi rice
- Cucumber slices
- Red cabbage strips
- Sliced pink radishes
- ½ avocado, diced
- Coriander
- Spring onion
- FURIFURI LEMON
Preparation steps:
- Mix the salmon cubes with 1 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and a pinch of FURIFURI CITRON . Set aside.
- Mix the cooked and cooled sushi rice with 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of FURIFURI LEMON . You can also add 1 tbsp sesame oil for even more flavorful rice.
- Dress the bowl by adding the desired amount of raw vegetables, the diced avocado, the marinated salmon, chopped spring onions, and a few coriander leaves. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
