POKE BOWL WITH MARINATED SALMON, AVOCADO & RAW VEGETABLES

The ingredients:

  • 120g of fresh salmon of the day, diced (without skin)
  • Rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 150g cooked and cooled sushi rice
  • Cucumber slices
  • Red cabbage strips
  • Sliced ​​pink radishes
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • Coriander
  • Spring onion
  • FURIFURI LEMON

Preparation steps:

  1. Mix the salmon cubes with 1 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and a pinch of FURIFURI CITRON . Set aside.
  2. Mix the cooked and cooled sushi rice with 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of FURIFURI LEMON . You can also add 1 tbsp sesame oil for even more flavorful rice.
  3. Dress the bowl by adding the desired amount of raw vegetables, the diced avocado, the marinated salmon, chopped spring onions, and a few coriander leaves. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
