
PANZANELLA
PANZANELLA WITH CUCUMBERS, MULTICOLOR CHERRY TOMATOES & BURRATA
The ingredients:
- 200g of multi-colored cherry tomatoes
- 2/3 day-old baguette-type bread
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- Olive oil
- Burrata
- Basil
- TOMATO FURIFURI
Preparation steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Slice the baguette and then generously sprinkle the pieces of bread with olive oil and FURIFURI TOMATO . Bake for about fifteen minutes then set aside.
- Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion.
- In a salad bowl, mix the ingredients then add a drizzle of olive oil, the pieces of burrata and a few basil leaves. Adjust the seasoning if necessary by adding a small pinch of FURIFURI TOMATO .
