PANZANELLA WITH CUCUMBERS, MULTICOLOR CHERRY TOMATOES & BURRATA

The ingredients:

  • 200g of multi-colored cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 day-old baguette-type bread
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Burrata
  • Basil
  • TOMATO FURIFURI

Preparation steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the baguette and then generously sprinkle the pieces of bread with olive oil and FURIFURI TOMATO . Bake for about fifteen minutes then set aside.
  3. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion.
  4. In a salad bowl, mix the ingredients then add a drizzle of olive oil, the pieces of burrata and a few basil leaves. Adjust the seasoning if necessary by adding a small pinch of FURIFURI TOMATO .
  5. Let's eat!
