Preparation steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°
  2. Wash your leeks and cut off the green part
  3. Cut the white meat lengthwise. Cut the white meat into two or three pieces.
  4. On a baking sheet, pour a drizzle of olive oil, pepper and two teaspoons of FURIFURI LEMON or FURIFURI GINGER
  5. Place your leek pieces on top and pour your fillet over it again.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°
  8. Place on a plate: Greek yogurt, 5 or 6 pieces of leek.
  9. Sprinkle with LEMON FURIFURI or GINGER FURIFURI and parsley.
  10. Enjoy immediately.
