BEETROOT PESTO
The ingredients:
- One medium-sized cooked beetroot
- 50g of walnuts (or pine nuts)
- 50g of parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of FURIFURI LEMON
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 1 sprig of mint
Preparation steps:
- Peel the garlic and set it aside in a container.
- Add: parmesan, lemon juice, mint and FURIFURI LEMON .
- Chop the beetroot and place it in a blender, add the mixture with the parmesan.
- Pour in the olive oil.
- Mix and add a pinch of FURIFURI LEMON .
- Mix again and serve immediately.
- For dressing, you can add nuts, lemon zest, mint and our FURIFURI LEMON .
