BEETROOT PESTO

The ingredients:

  • One medium-sized cooked beetroot
  • 50g of walnuts (or pine nuts)
  • 50g of parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of FURIFURI LEMON
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • 1 sprig of mint

Preparation steps:

  1. Peel the garlic and set it aside in a container.
  2. Add: parmesan, lemon juice, mint and FURIFURI LEMON .
  3. Chop the beetroot and place it in a blender, add the mixture with the parmesan.
  4. Pour in the olive oil.
  5. Mix and add a pinch of FURIFURI LEMON .
  6. Mix again and serve immediately.
  7. For dressing, you can add nuts, lemon zest, mint and our FURIFURI LEMON .
  8. Enjoy your food !
