VEGETARIAN NOODLES
The ingredients:
(for 4 people)
- 300g egg noodles
- 2 peppers (here one red and one green)
- 2 carrots
- 100 grams of bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A few coriander leaves and a few spring onion shoots
- A packet of GINGER FURIFURI
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon of FURIFURI GINGER
Preparation steps:
1️⃣ Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
3️⃣ Wash the carrots, peppers and bean sprouts.
4️⃣ Peel the carrots and cut them into julienne strips.
5️⃣ Deseed the peppers and cut them into thin strips.
6️⃣ In a wok over medium heat, pour the sesame oil, add the carrots and peppers, let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
7️⃣ Add the sauce and bean sprouts, cook for another 5 minutes.
8️⃣ Add the noodles and stir 5 minutes before serving.
9️⃣ When serving, sprinkle with FURIFURI GINGER and herbs of your choice.
