CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
The ingredients:
- 150 g of dark baking chocolate
- 150 ml chickpea juice
- 60 g of sugar
- FURIFURI PEPPER
Preparation steps:
- Pour the chickpea juice into a bowl. Whisk with an electric mixer. When it becomes frothy, add the sugar in a thin stream and whisk again.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Let it cool a little and mix it with the chickpea mousse.
- Using a spatula, carefully scrape the melted chocolate from the bottom of the bowl.
- Add a pinch of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER, mix and pour into small ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, and sprinkle with FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER when serving.
