CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

The ingredients:

  • 150 g of dark baking chocolate
  • 150 ml chickpea juice
  • 60 g of sugar
  • FURIFURI PEPPER

Preparation steps:

  1. Pour the chickpea juice into a bowl. Whisk with an electric mixer. When it becomes frothy, add the sugar in a thin stream and whisk again.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Let it cool a little and mix it with the chickpea mousse.
  4. Using a spatula, carefully scrape the melted chocolate from the bottom of the bowl.
  5. Add a pinch of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER, mix and pour into small ramekins.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, and sprinkle with FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER when serving.
