MINI RED ONION TATINS

The ingredients:

  • 1 shortcrust pastry (homemade or not)
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 tablespoons of FURIFURI TOMATO
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • A few sprigs of rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation steps:

  1. Peel the onions and cut them into thick slices.
  2. In a very hot pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and brown the onions for 5 minutes. Be careful not to separate the rings.
  3. Deglaze by pouring in the balsamic vinegar, season with pepper and add the FURIFURI TOMATO . Then pour in 5cl of water and cover. Leave for 15 minutes on low heat, checking regularly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  5. Roll out your dough and cut out circles slightly larger than your tartlet molds.
  6. Brush the mussels with olive oil and sprinkle with FURIFURI TOMATO .
  7. Sprinkle with a few rosemary leaves and add the onion rings.
  8. Cover with dough and tuck the edges well inside the molds.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool before removing from the mold.
