EASTER CHICKS 🐣


Easter is coming soon! We've put together a simple and original recipe that will delight both young and old. Treat yourself to these adorable little chicks with FURIFURI ORIGINAL 🌱

The ingredients

(for 5 chicks)

• 50 g of fresh cheese (St Môret type)
• 5 eggs
• 1 tsp of mustard
• 2 carrot slices
• 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI ORIGINAL 🌱

The preparation stages

  1. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool them in a bowl of cold water to make peeling them easier.
  3. Cut their base so that they stand straight.
  4. Cut the top off each egg, making sure to cut off the yolk as well.
  5. Using a small spoon, remove the yolk and place it in a salad bowl.
  6. Mash the yolks well, adding the cream cheese, mustard and a teaspoon of FURIFURI ORIGINAL 🌱
  7. Using a piping bag, or simply with a spoon, fill the eggs with the mixture.
  8. Close with the caps and sprinkle with FURIFURI ORIGINAL .
  9. Form the beak by cutting the carrot slices into 8, and place the black sesame seeds for the eyes.
  10. Place your chicks on salad or spinach leaves for presentation.
