EASTER CHICKS 🐣
Easter is coming soon! We've put together a simple and original recipe that will delight both young and old. Treat yourself to these adorable little chicks with FURIFURI ORIGINAL 🌱
The ingredients
(for 5 chicks)
• 50 g of fresh cheese (St Môret type)
• 5 eggs
• 1 tsp of mustard
• 2 carrot slices
• 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI ORIGINAL 🌱

The preparation stages
- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Cool them in a bowl of cold water to make peeling them easier.
- Cut their base so that they stand straight.
- Cut the top off each egg, making sure to cut off the yolk as well.
- Using a small spoon, remove the yolk and place it in a salad bowl.
- Mash the yolks well, adding the cream cheese, mustard and a teaspoon of FURIFURI ORIGINAL 🌱
- Using a piping bag, or simply with a spoon, fill the eggs with the mixture.
- Close with the caps and sprinkle with FURIFURI ORIGINAL .
- Form the beak by cutting the carrot slices into 8, and place the black sesame seeds for the eyes.
- Place your chicks on salad or spinach leaves for presentation.
