The good weather is starting to show its face again. ☀️

With these rays of sunshine, it makes you want to indulge in carpaccio, the simplest dish in the world, which is so easy to "glamorize" with a few pinches of furikakés .
We all know the essential beef carpaccio, but vary the pleasures and concoct 100% veggie versions ✨

ORIGINAL FURIFURI & CHILI PEPPER

For example, bet on thin slices of raw beetroot (play with the colors, it will only be more appetizing).

Add some pistachio slivers, a little ricotta, feta or mozzarella cubes.

A drizzle of oil and all that's left to do is sprinkle it with FURIFURI ORIGINAL or FURIFURI PEPPER

FURIFURI CURRY

For another recipe, combine raw slices of peppered artichokes , a few shavings of Parmesan, toasted pine nuts and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Finish with a little bit of FURIFURI CURRY

Any last ideas?

Melt into a carpaccio where you alternate zucchini slices and slices of button mushrooms .

Add some sunflower seeds and dried goat cheese flakes.

And to make it even more delicious, add a dollop of whipped mascarpone to the center of the plate, seasoned with FURIFURI TOMATO.
