Add a protein! How about a slice of smoked salmon? Pair it with thin slices of cucumber or raw zucchini sliced with a mandolin (or a fine grater), seasoned with olive oil. A drizzle of LEMON FURIKAKE on top and you're done!
You can even add slices of kumquat for slightly tangy notes.
