The days are getting shorter, the cold is coming, we want to comfort ourselves with simple and effective home-cooked dinners...

To stock up on vitamins, just one thing to do:

Bet on good seasonal vegetables roasted in the oven!

Roasted vegetables are the perfect dish!

Preheat the oven to 180°C; in the meantime, cut whatever you can get your hands on, place the pieces in a dish without squeezing them too tightly, drizzle with olive oil, and that's it! No need for salt, because our FURIFURI will be there to deliciously season the vegetables as they come out of the oven.

A valuable alternative to salt, as we consume on average twice as much of it, with the risks that this entails in terms of high blood pressure and weight gain.

No need for a specific recipe, just let your imagination and your desires run wild. Anything works: broccoli, green or red cabbage, Jerusalem artichokes, crosnes, butternut squash, sweet potatoes...

Here are some ideas that will brighten up your everyday dinners !

  • Sweet potatoes cut into fries, oiled and spread on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 30 minutes later, at 180°C, all you have to do is sprinkle it with FURIFURI TOMATO , a treat!
 
  • Pumpkin or squash wedges, also oiled and cooked the same way. About 40 minutes later (just check the cooking with the tip of a knife), sprinkle everything with FURIFURI CURRY . For a complete dish, serve them with quinoa, lentils or a mix of both.
  • Red cabbage cut into 2 cm thick slices, like steaks, a drizzle of oil and pop in the oven. 30 to 40 minutes later, add your FURIFURI ORIGINAL OR CHILI PEPPER .
