Roasted Cauliflower with Curry
The ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI CURRY
- 2 turns of the pepper mill
For training:
- A pot of Greek yogurt
- Finely chopped parsley
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A slice of lemon
- 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI CURRY
Preparation steps:
- Preheat the oven to 200°
- Clean and dry your cauliflower
- Cut the largest leaves as well as the foot, so that it is straight
- In a bowl, mix: olive oil, curry, FURIFURI CURRY and pepper
- Place your cauliflower in a baking dish covered with baking paper.
- Using a brush, coat your cauliflower with the curry sauce (keep some for later)
- Wrap your cauliflower well in baking paper and bake for 1 hour at 200°C.
- After an hour, take the cauliflower out, remove the baking paper and brush again with the remaining sauce.
- Bake for another 20 minutes without baking paper.
