Roasted Cauliflower with Curry

The ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 7 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI CURRY
  • 2 turns of the pepper mill

For training:

  • A pot of Greek yogurt
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • A slice of lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI CURRY

Preparation steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°
  2. Clean and dry your cauliflower
  3. Cut the largest leaves as well as the foot, so that it is straight
  4. In a bowl, mix: olive oil, curry, FURIFURI CURRY and pepper
  5. Place your cauliflower in a baking dish covered with baking paper.
  6. Using a brush, coat your cauliflower with the curry sauce (keep some for later)
  7. Wrap your cauliflower well in baking paper and bake for 1 hour at 200°C.
  8. After an hour, take the cauliflower out, remove the baking paper and brush again with the remaining sauce.
  9. Bake for another 20 minutes without baking paper.
  10. Enjoy with Greek yogurt, parsley and lemon!
