CARPACCIO DE SAUMON

SALMON CARPACCIO

The ingredients:

  • 400g of salmon
  • FURIFURI TURMERIC
  • A lime
  • A few sage leaves
  • A teaspoon of pink berries
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil

Preparation steps:

  1. Prepare the sauce: mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lemon juice and zest
  2. Add a tablespoon of FURIFURI CURCUMA and mix well
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut thin slices of salmon
  4. Arrange them in a circle on a plate
  5. Pour the sauce and pink berries over the top
  6. Add some more lime zest and a few sage leaves
  7. Enjoy without delay
