
SALMON CARPACCIO
The ingredients:
- 400g of salmon

FURIFURI TURMERIC
- A lime
- A few sage leaves
- A teaspoon of pink berries
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Preparation steps:
- Prepare the sauce: mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lemon juice and zest
- Add a tablespoon of FURIFURI CURCUMA and mix well
- Using a sharp knife, cut thin slices of salmon
- Arrange them in a circle on a plate
- Pour the sauce and pink berries over the top
- Add some more lime zest and a few sage leaves
- Enjoy without delay
