MELON AND BURRATA CARPACCIO
Ingredients:
- 1 beautiful melon
- 1 burrata
- A handful of peanuts
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of FURIFURI ORIGINAL
- The Pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation steps:
- Prepare the sauce: Squeeze half a lemon and half an orange. Then add the olive oil and soy sauce. Pour in the FURIFURI and mix.
- Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
- Cut the flesh into thin slices and arrange them in rosettes on the plates.
- Add the burrata and spread the vinaigrette over the melon.
- Crush the peanuts and place them on the plate.
- Add a little FURIFURI ORIGINAL and enjoy.
