MELON AND BURRATA CARPACCIO

Ingredients:

  • 1 beautiful melon
  • 1 burrata
  • A handful of peanuts
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of FURIFURI ORIGINAL
  • The Pepper
  • Olive oil

 

Preparation steps:

  1. Prepare the sauce: Squeeze half a lemon and half an orange. Then add the olive oil and soy sauce. Pour in the FURIFURI and mix.
  2. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Cut the flesh into thin slices and arrange them in rosettes on the plates.
  4. Add the burrata and spread the vinaigrette over the melon.
  5. Crush the peanuts and place them on the plate.
  6. Add a little FURIFURI ORIGINAL and enjoy.
