MUSHROOM & TURNIP CARPACCIO

The ingredients:
(for one plate)
- 2 beautiful button mushrooms
- 2 golden ball turnips
- A lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A FURIFURI PEPPER
Preparation steps:
- Wash your golden turnips and brush your mushrooms
- Peel your turnips
- Cut thin slices of mushrooms and turnips using a knife or a mandolin
- Prepare a vinaigrette: mix the olive oil with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER
- Arrange your carpaccio by alternating 2 slices of mushrooms and one of turnip.
- Pour your dressing over the top
- To finish, add a few pinches of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER
- Enjoy immediately!
