MUSHROOM & TURNIP CARPACCIO

Looking for something fresh and lively? Then you absolutely have to try this colorful recipe.

The ingredients:

(for one plate)

  • 2 beautiful button mushrooms
  • 2 golden ball turnips
  • A lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • A FURIFURI PEPPER

Preparation steps:

  1. Wash your golden turnips and brush your mushrooms
  2. Peel your turnips
  3. Cut thin slices of mushrooms and turnips using a knife or a mandolin
  4. Prepare a vinaigrette: mix the olive oil with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER
  5. Arrange your carpaccio by alternating 2 slices of mushrooms and one of turnip.
  6. Pour your dressing over the top
  7. To finish, add a few pinches of FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER
  8. Enjoy immediately!
