DETOX BROTH

The ingredients:

  • 150 g smoked tofu
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 leek
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A turn of the pepper mill
  • FURIFURI PEPPER

Preparation steps:

  1. Wash and peel your vegetables, unless they are organic.
  2. Cut the leek into thin slices (even the green ones), keep a little green for garnish
  3. Using a peeler, make thin strips from the carrot, turnip and potato.
  4. Add all the vegetables to a saucepan and cover with water.
  5. Let it boil for about twenty minutes, the vegetables should be tender
  6. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes and set aside the remaining leek greens.
  7. Serve hot with the tofu, pepper and leek greens added.
  8. Sprinkle FURIFURI CURCUMA when tasting
