DETOX BROTH
The ingredients:
- 150 g smoked tofu
- 1 carrot
- 1 turnip
- 1 large potato
- 1 leek
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- A turn of the pepper mill
- FURIFURI PEPPER
Preparation steps:
- Wash and peel your vegetables, unless they are organic.
- Cut the leek into thin slices (even the green ones), keep a little green for garnish
- Using a peeler, make thin strips from the carrot, turnip and potato.
- Add all the vegetables to a saucepan and cover with water.
- Let it boil for about twenty minutes, the vegetables should be tender
- Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes and set aside the remaining leek greens.
- Serve hot with the tofu, pepper and leek greens added.
