GREEN ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN AND LEMON FURIFURI 🍋😋
It's asparagus season! Here's a simple and delicious recipe to serve as a starter or side dish 👇
The ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI LEMON 🍋
- 1 bunch of green asparagus (about 500g)
- 15g of flour
- 20g of breadcrumbs
- 30g grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
The stages of preparation:

Using a knife, cut a few centimeters off the asparagus tails -
Wash the asparagus and place it in a pan of boiling salted water. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain. -
Refresh under cold water, drain and pat dry. -
Prepare 3 deep plates: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and in the third mix: FURIFURI LEMON 🍋, parmesan and breadcrumbs. -
Dip each asparagus in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the mixture with the FURIFURI CITRON . -
In a non-stick frying pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil, once hot, add the asparagus and cook for one minute on each side. -
Sprinkle with FURIFURI LEMON 🍋 when serving!
