GREEN ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN AND LEMON FURIFURI 🍋😋

It's asparagus season! Here's a simple and delicious recipe to serve as a starter or side dish 👇

The ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of FURIFURI LEMON 🍋
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus (about 500g)
  • 15g of flour
  • 20g of breadcrumbs
  • 30g grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil

The stages of preparation:


  1. Using a knife, cut a few centimeters off the asparagus tails

  2. Wash the asparagus and place it in a pan of boiling salted water. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.

  3. Refresh under cold water, drain and pat dry.

  4. Prepare 3 deep plates: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and in the third mix: FURIFURI LEMON 🍋, parmesan and breadcrumbs.

  5. Dip each asparagus in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the mixture with the FURIFURI CITRON .

  6. In a non-stick frying pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil, once hot, add the asparagus and cook for one minute on each side.

  7. Sprinkle with FURIFURI LEMON 🍋 when serving!
