
A MOTHER'S DAY TO DELIGHT
This year, Mother's Day falls on Sunday, June 4th. And it's definitely one of our favorite days! The opportunity to (re)say "I love you" to the one without whom we wouldn't be here. And to watch for an "I love you" from our cherubs, all accompanied by a babbling poem and a necklace of rainbow-painted noodles.
Mother's Day is also a special time to cook great recipes and customize them with our furikakes.
And what if you let yourself be tempted by this menu which has everything going for it:
➢ As a starter : some beautiful, just-crisp green asparagus, seasoned with a citrus vinaigrette (olive oil + lemon juice + grated lime zest), on which you can sprinkle a little LEMON FURIKAKÉ to enhance the acidity or CHILI FURIKAKÉ for spicy notes.
➢ As a main course : salmon papillotes (a salmon fillet in a rectangle of aluminum foil + a drizzle of olive oil + chopped ginger + drizzle of soy sauce) and put in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, open your papillotes and sprinkle the fish with FURIKAKÉ ORIGINAL or FURIKAKÉ CURRY, according to your taste.
➢ For dessert : a heart-shaped pavlova (classic meringue piped in a heart shape on a sheet of parchment paper, baked at 90°C for 1.5 to 2 hours). Once out of the oven, let it cool before adding homemade (or ready-made!) Chantilly cream, red fruit coulis, and beautiful strawberries and raspberries. Finish by sprinkling a little FURIKAKÉ CHILI before dipping the spoon in.
