In 2022, Natsuko Perromat du Marais and Julie Renaud launched the FuriFuri brand to introduce the French to furikaké, a low-salt Japanese condiment made from sesame and seaweed, perfect for spicing up a dish . They unveiled two recent versions designed with Frédérick Grasser Hermé :

One with spirulina (25 euros for 200 grams), ideal with eggs and fish, and the other with turmeric and pepper (20.50 euros), to sprinkle on vegetables.
