The warmth and sunshine we've all been waiting for have finally arrived in our lives with the arrival of summer . How we love this season!
It's obviously the time for beautiful, juicy fruits and vegetables, packed with vitamins... The opportunity to treat yourself!
Here are a host of recipe ideas that are both quick and easy to make. We've tested and thoroughly approved them, so it's up to you to join in the fun:
Cold melon soup (melon blended with a dash of oil, a twist of pepper mill) + feta cubes + FURIFURI CURRY
Pink grapefruit salad + pomegranate seeds + pink shrimp + white balsamic vinegar + FURIFURI CHILI
Pineapple carpaccio + lime juice + vanilla sugar + a shower of LEMON FURIFURI
Tomato and mozzarella millefeuille (for a different presentation, stack the tomato slices and mozzarella rounds) + balsamic vinegar + olive oil + FURIFURI TOMATO between each layer
Cold lasagna (pre-cooked lasagna sheets that are soaked in boiling water for a few moments and left to cool on a cloth) + mashed avocado and lemon juice + raw salmon strips + LEMON OR CURRY FURIFURI
Grisons meat carpaccio + raw beetroot strips + Mimolette shavings + drizzle of olive oil + FURIFURI CHILI PEPPER
