Furikake is the favorite condiment of the Japanese. And FURIFURI is a 100% natural furikake, made in France: a joyful alternative to salt for the whole family.

A LITTLE HISTORY
In 2020 , in the midst of the Covid crisis, while all French people are rediscovering their cuisine on a daily basis, Natsuko often serves Japanese furikake to her 3 daughters and her husband, who love it. The ones she finds are unfortunately all filled with additives. It was then that she said to herself that we must create natural furikakes!
A few months later… Natsuko introduced Julie to furikake and in 2021 , they created THE first brand of 100% natural furikake.

They surround themselves with 2 UMAMI taste specialists: Keisuke Matsushima , a super starred Japanese chef who has lived in Nice for 20 years and Caroline Joucla , nutritionist-dietician.
At the same time , Natsuko and Julie are building the future: they are selected by the best "food" startup accelerator ToasterLab, are recognized by the BPI as one of the most innovative companies with the French Tech Scholarship and become Laureates of the Entreprendre Network .
In October 2022 , they launched FURIFURI via an Ulule crowdfunding campaign, with huge success!

Franco-Japanese, Natsuko spent her childhood in Tokyo then worked with the greatest chefs, including 10 years with Alain Ducasse, opening restaurants in New York, Tokyo, Paris and London. In 2016, she opened a wine bar in the heart of London, with her partner Alexandra: CLARETTE.

Julie, FURI ADDICT
Pharmacist by training, expert in nutrition, having spent more than 15 years in Asia, Julie has more than one arrow to her bow. She created a company specializing in promotional items in Hong Kong, which quickly became a market leader.

Kei has always dreamed of being a cook and as soon as he arrived in France at the age of 20, he set out to discover everything about this country. An ever-lively curiosity at Kei, who likes to rediscover traditional recipes to reinterpret them while respecting their identity and their history.
Being a fan of furikake since always, it is very naturally that he knew how to create original recipes for FURIFURI!
